17 December 2014 - version 3.4 of FP7-4-SD.eu has been released
A major update of the FP7-4-SD.eu monitoring system has been released today. With release 3.4, the system now covers the entire “Cooperation” specific programme from 2007 to 2013 concerning both topics called for in the annual Work Programmes and projects carried out under these topics. The FP7-4-SD.eu database consequently now contains data on more than 3,200 topics and on about 7,000 research projects with almost 80,000 project participations and a total EC contribution of more than € 25,700 million. In addition, release 3.4 includes new display units and filter options in all four “Views” as well as an update of the dissemination activities, including additional policy briefs and other scientific output.
21 November 2012 - version 3.3 of FP7-4-SD.eu has been released
An important update of the FP7-4-SD.eu monitoring system has been released today. The update to version 3.3 includes the screening results of the “Cooperation” Work Programme 2013 as well as the most recent project data. The FP7-4-SD.eu database now contains data on more than 3,200 topics (covering the entire “Cooperation” specific programme from 2007 to 2013) and on about 4,600 research projects with more than 53,000 project participations and a total EC contribution of more than € 16,600 million (Work Programmes 2007 to 2012). Additionally, a new filter setting related to the Europe 2020 flagship initiative “A resource-efficient Europe” has been introduced in the interactive database, and the existing “save personal filter settings” function has been improved. Moreover, a new section “scientific output” with conference presentations and papers analysing the monitoring results from various viewpoints has been added.
4 November 2011 - version 3.2 of FP7-4-SD.eu has been released
With release 3.2, the monitoring system FP7-4-SD.eu has been updated with the screening results of the Work Programme 2012. The FP7-4-SD.eu database now contains information about 2,800 topics (from the Work Programmes 2007-2012). Additionally, the FP7-4-SD database has been supplemented with the “Guided Analysis” tool specifically designed for first-time users. This tool will guide users through the steps of the analysis options available in the FP7-4-SD.eu database, and, after asking them a maximum of five questions, will take them to one of the four “views” where they can carry out their analysis.
2 May 2011 - most recent FP7 project data has been added to FP7-4-SD.eu
The monitoring system FP7-4-SD.eu has been updated today. The update to version 3.1 includes the most recent data on FP7 projects from the “Cooperation” Work Programme 2010. The FP7-4-SD.eu database now contains data on about 3,000 research projects with more than 33,000 project participations and a total EC contribution of more than € 10,500 million (Work Programmes 2007 to 2010). In addition, the usability of the four available “Views” has been improved, and video tutorials have been introduced in order to better illustrate the functionality of the website.
28 October 2010 - version 3.0 of FP7-4-SD.eu has been released
Another major update of FP7-4-SD.eu has been released today. Most importantly, the screening results of the most recent “Cooperation” Work Programme 2011 have been added to the database, which now contains data on about 2,400 topics (Work Programmes 2007 to 2011). Moreover, one new “view” is now available: the “Longitudinal View” allows for analysing the FP7 contribution to the EU SDS over time. In addition, a couple of improvements have been added to the interactive parts of FP7-4-SD.eu, including a search function and the option to save personalized filter settings.
13 July 2010 - major update of FP7-4-SD.eu has been released
A major update of FP7-4-SD.eu has been released today: the "Geographical View". The Geographical View complements the already existing FP7 and Challenge Views by allowing to interactively analyse the data of the monitoring system broken down by national (country) and regional (NUTS 2) based on maps of the EU Member States and the countries associated to FP7. In addition, project data from the 'Cooperation' Work Programme 2009 has been added to the database. The monitoring system thus now contains data on 2,463 research projects (from the years 2007 to 2009) with more than 27,000 project participations and a total EU contribution of more than € 8,500 million.
20 April 2010 - FP7-4-SD.eu has been launched
FP7-4-SD.eu has been launched. It contains information on 1,943 research topics (FP7 Work Programmes 2007-2010 of the specific programme ‘Cooperation’), 1,813 research projects (from the years 2007 and 2008) with more than 20,000 project partners and a total EU contribution of more than € 6,000 million. The monitoring system allows interactive analyses following the structure of the 7th EU Framework Programme (“FP7 View”) and the EU Sustainable Development Strategy (“Challenge View”).
